MEMORANDUM OPINION

In his petition for writ of mandamus, relator complains that the trial court has erred by not dismissing his three criminal cases for denial of speedy trial. Relator has failed to file a record showing that he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.7; State ex rel. Hill v. Court of Appeals for Fifth Dist., 34 S.W.3d 924, 927 (Tex.Crim.App. 2001). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8.
