MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator seeks mandamus relief to compel the trial court to act on a motion to dismiss that he states he filed in June of 2006. Relator's petition does not comply with the requirements for filing a petition for writ of mandamus. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3, 52.7(a)(1) and 52.8(a).
