Opinion

No. 05-10-00641-CV

Opinion issued June 4, 2010.

Original Proceeding from the County Court at Law No. 2 Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. CC-09-08189-B.

Before Justices MORRIS, RICHTER, and MURPHY.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

In this original proceeding, relators contend the trial court erred in granting a motion to transfer venue. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them here. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have not shown they are entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-40 (Tex. 1992). Accordingly, we DENY relators' petition for writ of mandamus.
