ORDER TO DISCHARGE LIMITED RECEIVER

Pending before the Court is the Board of Overseers of the Bar's Petition for Discharge of Limited Receiver filed on April 16, 2021. For good cause shown and without objection, the Board's Petition for Discharge is GRANTED as follows:

It is ORDERED that the Board of Overseers of the Bar is discharged as Receivers of the law practice of deceased attorney Elmer E. Runyon. It is further ORDERED that the Board shall utilize the remaining funds held in trust by the Board for costs associated with winding down the law practice. The Board shall continue to ensure that all client property is protected and destroyed consistent with the Maine Rules of Professional Conduct. Dated: 4/28/21

Once all of these cost have been paid, any remaining funds should be released to the Estate. --------
