In the MATTER OF Scott A. RUMIZEN, An Attorney At Law (Attorney No. 004812008)

ORDER The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 20-249, concluding that as a matter of reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 1:20-14(a)(4), Scott A. Rumizen of Solon, Ohio , who was admitted to the bar of this State in 2008, and whose license to practice New Jersey law was administratively revoked pursuant to Rule 1:28-2(c) on July 22, 2019, should be suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years based on discipline imposed in the State of Ohio for unethical conduct that in New Jersey constitutes violations of RPC 8.4(c) (conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation);

And the Court having considered that in view of the administrative revocation of respondent's license to practice, respondent should be prohibited from applying for readmission to the New Jersey bar for a period of two years and from being admitted pro hac vice or in any other manner in New Jersey courts or tribunals for a period of two years and until the further Order of the Court;

And good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that Scott A. Rumizen shall not apply for readmission to the bar of this State in any manner for a period of two years and until the further Order of the Court, effective immediately; and it is further

ORDERED that Scott A. Rumizen shall not be admitted pro hac vice or in any other manner in any New Jersey proceeding for a period of two years and until the further Order of the Court, effective immediately; and it is further ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
