PER CURIAM:

AND NOW, this 7^th day of February, 2007, the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure are amended as follows:

1. New Rule 3111.1 is promulgated to read as attached hereto and

2. Rule 3111, 3146, 3252 and 3253 are amended to read as attached hereto.

This Order shall be processed in accordance with Pa.R.J.A. 103(b) and shall be effective April 1, 2007.
