ORDER

PER CURIAM:

AND NOW, this 23rd day of March, 2007, the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure are amended as follows

1. Rules 425, 1017, 1031, 1706.1, 2252, 2253, 2255 and 2256 are amended to read as attached hereto,

2. Rule 2274 is rescinded as attached hereto, and

3. New Rule 1031.1 is promulgated to read as attached hereto.

This order shall be processed in accordance with Pa.R.J.A. 103(b) and shall be effective June 1, 2007.
