AND NOW, this 30^th day of October, 2007, Rules 1915.4-1 and 1915.4-2 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure are amended and new Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 1915.4-3 is promulgated as attached hereto.

This order shall be processed in accordance with Pa. R.J.A. 103(b) and shall be effective immediately.
