CORRECTION ORDER PROMULGATING AMENDMENTS REGARDING E-FILING TO THE RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, GENERAL RULES OF PRACTICE, AND RULES OF PUBLIC ACCESS TO RECORDS OF THE JUDICIAL BRANCH

In its order dated May 24, 2012, the court promulgated certain amendments to the Rules of Civil Procedure, the General Rules of Practice for the District Courts, and the Rules of Public Access to Records of the Judicial Branch regarding the authorization of mandatory and voluntary e-filing and e-service. The amendments to Rule 13.02 of the General Rules of Practice for the District Courts inadvertently failed to underline the new language "United States Mail."
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
Effective immediately, the May 24, 2012, order is modified by underlining the words "United States Mail" in Rule 13.02 of the General Rules of Practice for the District Courts.
