By order dated February 29, 2024 we abated this appeal for the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine why appellant's brief had not been filed. Following a hearing, the trial court appointed new counsel to represent appellant. Accordingly, we REINSTATE this appeal.
Appellant's brief is due THIRTY DAYS from the date of this order. Because there has already been a significant delay in getting appellant's brief filed, we CAUTION appellant that further extensions of time to file the brief will be disfavored.
