The order filed on April 10, 2019, is amended to read as follows:
Based upon Deputy Attorney General Ross K. Naughton's representation that the informal response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus is anticipated to be filed by October 3, 2019, an extension of time in which to serve and file that document is granted to June 7, 2019. After that date, only two further extensions totaling about 119 additional days are contemplated.
