MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator James A. Roughley filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus seeking to compel the Dallas County District Clerk to forward to this Court relator's notice of appeal from the trial court's order denying his motion for post-conviction DNA testing. The notice of appeal has already been forwarded to this Court, and the appeal has been docketed as cause no. 05-11-00536-CR, styled James A. Roughley v. The State of Texas. Accordingly, we dismiss relator's petition for writ of mandamus as moot. See Dow Chem. Co. v. Garcia, 909 S.W.2d 503, 505 (Tex. 1995).
