MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator requests this Court issue a writ of mandamus ordering this Court to vacate orders issued by this Court in relator's appeal number 05-03-01361-CV. We are unable to find any authority in the statutes of this State or the rules of appellate procedure allowing this Court to issue a writ of mandamus to this Court. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
