MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator, the Rosenblatt Law Firm, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus challenging the trial court's order denying relator's Rule 91a motion to dismiss the underlying suit as baseless. See TEX. R. CIV. P. 91a. We deny the petition.
The underlying case is Jerris Kulhanek v. Scott Yariger and The Rosenblatt Law Firm, P.C., 201876249, pending in the 55th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Latosha Lewis Payne presiding.
