Appeals and a cross appeal having been taken to this Court from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, New York County, entered on or about August 30, 2021, And respondent-appellant Alex Sapir, respondent-appellant Elena Sapir, and petitioner-cross appellant Rotem Rosen having jointly moved for an extension of time in which to perfect their appeals and cross-appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the time in which to perfect the appeals and cross-appeal is extended to the December 2022 Term of this Court.
