Original Proceeding

ORDER

Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus along with a motion for emergency stay on May 4, 2018. Relator's motion for emergency stay is granted. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.10(b). Accordingly, the effect of the temporary order of April 13, 2018 and the hearing set to reduce the order to a formal written order are stayed until further order of this Court.

Additionally, the Court requests a response from the parties to the proceeding. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(b). Any response shall be filed with the Clerk of this Court no later than 21 days from the date of this order.
