Before the Court is appellant's request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record. Appellant explains she is awaiting notification of the fee from the court reporter, who is out of the office until February 23, 2024.
We GRANT the request TO THE EXTENT that we ORDER appellant to file, no later than March 4, 2024, written verification that she either has (1) paid or made arrangements to pay for the record or (2) not received notification of the fee from the court reporter.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of the order to Lisabeth Kellett, Official Court Reporter for Probate Court No. 2, and all parties.
