UPON CONSIDERATION of the Stipulation and Withdrawal of Motion by Movants, Jihad Daghmash and Hallah Abodaff, a hearing having been held on July 18, 2011 on the Motion to Lift Automatic Stay, all parties having been heard; it is hereby
ORDERED, that the Motion to Lift Automatic Stay as to Blue Horseshoe Capital, LLC (Doc. No. 372) is hereby withdrawn with prejudice; and it is further
ORDERED, that except as to Debtor Blue Horseshoe Capital, LLC, the Virginia action shall proceed to a resolution on the merits as to all other parties; and it is further
ORDERED, that this Stipulation and Withdrawal shall be filed both in the above-referenced case as well as the Virginia action.
