ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed with the Court its decision in DRB 19-433, concluding that Curtis J. Romanowski of Tinton Falls, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1991, should be admonished for violating RPC 1.5(b) (failure to set forth in writing the rate or basis of the legal fee);
And the Disciplinary Review Board having further concluded that respondent should be required to provide the Office of Attorney Ethics with proof of psychiatric treatment and proof of fitness to practice within sixty days after the filing date of the Court's Order;
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that Curtis J. Romanowski is hereby admonished; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent shall provide the Office of Attorney Ethics with proof of psychiatric treatment and with proof of fitness to practice, as attested to by a mental health professional approved by the Office of Attorney Ethics, which proof shall be provided within sixty days after the filing date of the Court's Order; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of respondent's file as an attorney at law of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Disciplinary Oversight Committee for appropriate administrative costs and actual expenses incurred in the prosecution of this matter, as provided in Rule 1:20-17.
