Order to show cause issued, returnable in Superior Court
The Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is ordered to show cause before the Los Angeles County Superior Court, when the matter is placed on calendar, why relief should not be granted on the ground that petitioner is entitled to resentencing under Senate Bill 620 (Stats. 2017, ch. 682). The return must be served and filed on or before February 19, 2021.
