ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

Before the Court is relator's petition for writ of mandamus regarding the trial court's denial of a motion for continuance, necessitated by delays and extensions arising from COVID-19 emergency orders and concerns. On the Court's own motion, we STAY the May 14, 2020 trial setting pending resolution of the petition. We request that respondent and real party in interest file responses, if any, not later than noon on May 12, 2020.
