ORDER

Before Chief Justice Robert Burns, and Justices Partida-Kipness and Nowell

Based on the Court's opinion of this date, we CONDITIONALLY GRANT the petition for a writ of mandamus as to the trial court's May 4, 2020 order denying, in part, the parties' agreed motion for continuance. Within twenty-one days of the date of this Order, we ORDER respondent to issue an order granting the agreed motion for continuance and continuing the trial until a date after July 13, 2020. We further ORDER respondent to file with this Court, within twenty-eight days of the date of this Order, a certified copy of her written ruling evidencing such compliance. Should respondent fail to comply with this Order, the writ will issue. This Court's STAY of the May 14, 2020 trial setting remains in effect.
