ORDER

On May 28, 2020, relator filed in this court a "Notice of Stay Because of Bankruptcy" stating that its bankruptcy proceeding, filed on May 27, 2020, is pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District under docket number 5:20:bk-50997, styled In re Rockstar Remodeling and Diamond Decks, LLC. Accordingly, this original proceeding and all time periods are stayed from the date the bankruptcy petition was filed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 8.2.
It is therefore ORDERED that this original proceeding is ABATED. For administrative purposes, the original proceeding will be treated as a closed case, unless and until it is reinstated in accordance with Rule 8.3 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. Any motions and other documents pending or filed are abated subject to being reurged in the event the case is reinstated. TEX. R. APP. P. 8.2, 8.3. It is the parties' responsibility to immediately notify this court once the automatic bankruptcy stay is lifted.
It is so ORDERED on June 12, 2020.
