ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This action consists of several letters filed by petitioner, a California prisoner proceeding pro se, which petitioner labels as "pleadings." In these letters, petitioner seeks "intervention" by the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in a case petitions filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. As this Court does not have jurisdiction to intervene in or hear appeals from cases brought in other federal district courts, this action is not properly brought in this Court. Accordingly, this action is DISMISSED without prejudice to petitioner proceeding with any properly filed appeal in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, located at 95 Seventh Street, San Francisco, California 94103.
In light of this dismissal, the application to proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED am no fee is due.
All pending motions are terminated, and the Clerk shall close the file.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
