DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by Lauren McHugh Rocha for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Rocha was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 23, 2001, under the name Lauren Ann McHugh. By decision and order dated March 7, 2012, the movant's application for voluntary resignation was accepted and Lauren Ann McHugh was removed from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, without prejudice to an application for reinstatement.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that, effective immediately, Lauren McHugh Rocha, admitted as Lauren Ann McHugh, is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law, and the Acting Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Lauren Ann McHugh to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
