ORDERED that the application is granted, without costs, and Salvatore C. Adamo, Esq., PMB 110, 911 Central Avenue, Albany, New York 12206 is appointed for that purpose (see Labor Law § 538). Claimant-respondent's brief shall be filed and served on or before April 27, 2020. The brief of the Commissioner of Labor, if any, shall be filed and served on or before May 11, 2020.
