MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM On January 22, 2019, Kendrick Rydell Robinson filed a petition for writ of mandamus to challenge the denial of his pretrial application for writ of habeas corpus under Article 17.151 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. Relator subsequently filed a motion to dismiss this original proceeding on grounds that the "dispute has been resolved." Accordingly, we grant Relator’s motion and dismiss the petition for writ of mandamus.

Respondent is the Honorable Edwin A. Klein, Judge of the 420th District Court in Nacogdoches County, Texas. The State of Texas is the Real Party in Interest.
