In re Roberson Law Firm PLLC and ChiQuia Roberson,

400th District Court of Fort Bend County, Trial court case No. 17-DCV-246907

Panel consists of Justices Goodman, Rivas-Molloy, and Guerra

ORDER

Gordon Goodman, Judge

Relators' petition for writ of mandamus was denied on October 26, 2023. On November 9, 2023, relators filed three separate motions: (1) a motion for rehearing, (2) a motion to amend the mandamus record, and (3) a motion to amend the petition for writ of mandamus "to allow Relators to amend the Writ's [sic] references to the record, amend its appendix, and allow time for opposing parties to respond, should they choose to do so."

The motion to amend the mandamus record is granted. Upon consideration of the motion for rehearing with the amended record, the motion for rehearing is denied. Because we deny rehearing, the motion to amend the petition for writ of mandamus is dismissed as moot.

It is so ORDERED.
