Opinion

No. 05-08-01646-CV

Opinion issued December 17, 2008.

Original Proceeding from the County Court at Law No. 1 Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 001-2888-07.

Before Justices MOSELEY, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred by ordering relator to produce certain documents for discovery. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); In re Prudential Ins. Co. of Am., 148 S.W.3d 124, 135-36 (Tex. 2004). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
