ORDER SUSPENDING THE SCHEDULING ORDER, STRIKING THE JURY TRIAL DATE, AND SETTING BRIEFING SCHEDULE AND HEARING DATE FOR PROPOSED BAR ORDERS
On April 13, 2004, the Court conducted a Scheduling Conference in the above-captioned matter. At the hearing, the parties discussed the impact of pending settlement negotiations upon the jury trial scheduled to commence April 19, 2004. After considering the oral argument of the parties, the Court finds good cause exists to suspend the existing scheduling order, strike the April 19, 2004, trial date and set a briefing schedule for proposed bar orders. Accordingly,

2. The current Scheduling Order, (Ct. Rec. 737), is SUSPENDED.
3. Parties moving the Court for entry of bar orders must file moving papers by Monday, April 19, 2004.
4. Parties opposing bar orders must file any opposition by Monday, April 26, 2004.
5. All Replies must be filed by Monday, May 3, 2004.
6. The Court will conduct a Reasonableness Hearing on Tuesday, May 11, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. in Richland, Washington.
IT IS SO ORDERED. The District Court Executive is directed to
