ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS.
Before Benavides, Longoria, and Silva, Justices.
ORDER
PER CURIAM
By petition for writ of mandamus, relator Rio Valley Switching Company contends that the trial court abused its discretion by imposing specific conditions on a Rule 204 medical examination and by compelling overly broad discovery. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 204.1 (governing physical and mental examinations). Relator has further filed an emergency motion for temporary relief pending the resolution of its petition for writ of mandamus.
The Court, having examined and fully considered the emergency motion for temporary relief, is of the opinion that it should be granted. We grant the emergency motion for temporary relief, and we order the trial court proceedings, including the discovery orders in question, to be stayed pending the resolution of this petition for writ of mandamus or further order of this Court. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.10 ("Unless vacated or modified, an order granting temporary relief is effective until the case is finally decided.").
The Court requests the real party in interest, Adolfo Reyes Sanchez, or any others whose interest may be affected by the relief sought, including but not limited to Mark "Rusty" Anthony Cedillo and Susana Nunez, to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of this order. See id. R. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
