Summary of Misconduct:

Mr. Rich, who was licensed in 1983, was censured for filing a pleading in a workers' compensation case that falsely represented the location of the accident in which his client was injured.


Order of the Court:

The petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to impose discipline on consent pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 762(b)is allowed, and respondent Thomas Charles Rich is censured.
