ORDER

PER CURIAM

By petition for writ of mandamus, relator Thomas Rheman contends that the trial court abused its discretion by expunging relator's amended notice of lis pendens. See Tex. Prop. Code Ann. § 12.007.

This Court requests the real party in interest, Deborah Rheman, now known as Deborah Silby, or any others whose interest would be directly affected by the relief sought, to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of seven days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
