IN RE DEBORAH RHEMAN

On Petition for Writ of Mandamus.

Before Chief Justice Contreras and Justices Silva and Peña

ORDER PER CURIAM

PER CURIAM

Relator Deborah Rheman filed a petition for writ of mandamus through which she seeks to compel the trial court to vacate its order granting a Rule 306a motion filed by real party in interest Thomas Rheman. See Tex. R. Civ. P. 306a(4), (5) (governing the applicable procedure for a party who fails to receive notice of a judgment or other appealable order). This Court requests Thomas, or any others whose interest would be directly affected by the relief sought, to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
