AMENDED ORDER

A petition for certification of the judgment in A-3543-20 and A-0203-22 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;

It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that further proceedings on appeal shall be conducted in accordance with the following expedited, peremptory schedule:

• Appellant shall serve and file a supplemental appellant’s brief on or before March 8, 2024, and the State shall serve and file a supplemental respondent’s brief on or before April 1, 2024.

• Should any entity wish to appear as amicus curiae, such entity shall serve and file its motion for leave to appear, and its proposed amicus curiae brief, on or before April 1, 2024. The parties may serve and file answers to any motions for leave to appear, together with responses to the proposed amicus curiae brief on the merits, on or before April 11, 2024.

• No further submissions shall be accepted without leave of Court.

• The Court shall hear oral argument in this matter on an expedited basis, on a date and time to be scheduled by the Clerk of the Court.
