PRETRIAL ORDER NO. 58 (Motion of Anthem Prescription Management, Inc.)

Subsequent to the entry of Pretrial Order No. 55, which granted the motion of defendant Anthem Prescription Management, Inc. for judgment on the pleadings dismissing the complaint, the Court received papers in opposition to the motion from plaintiffs' counsel. The Court treats the papers as a motion for reconsideration, grants reconsideration, and on reconsideration adheres to its previous decision. Nothing in plaintiffs' papers warrants a different result.
