STIPULATION EXTENDING TIME TO FILE OPPOSITION TO DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
WHEREAS, Defendant Warner-Lambert Company ("Defendant") served its motion for summary judgment on Plaintiffs Louisiana Health Service Indemnity Company, d/b/a BlueCross/BlueShield of Louisiana and Edgar Romney, as trustee of Eastern States Health and Welfare Fund ("Plaintiffs") on December 21, 2004;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the undersigned counsel that:
(1) Plaintiffs shall have until January 28, 2005 to serve and file their opposition to Defendant's motion for summary judgment;
(2) Defendant shall have until February 25, 2005 to serve and file its reply to Plaintiffs' opposition to Defendant's motion for summary judgment;
(3) The page limitation for Defendant's reply shall be fifteen (15) pages.
SO ORDERED.
