PRETRIAL ORDER NO. 47 (Miscellaneous Procedural Matters)

LEWIS A. KAPLAN, United States District Judge

1. Plaintiffs' motion, dated January 9, 2002, for additional time in No. 01 Civ. 7764 is granted in that plaintiffs' papers in opposition to defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings shall be served and filed no later than February 8, 2002.

2. For reasons set forth in a letter to the Court, dated January 11, 2002, from Ness, Motley, et al., attorneys for plaintiffs in certain cases, (a) the order relieving Ness, Motley as counsel for plaintiff in No. 01 Civ. 3869 is vacated, and (b) Ness, Motley is relieved as counsel for plaintiff Thomas Molina in No. 00 Civ. 9012.
