PRETRIAL ORDER NO. 102 (Stipulations of Dismissal)


Henceforth, all stipulations of dismissal or discontinuance in cases brought by more than one plaintiff shall contain a separate paragraph stating that the stipulation, when approved, either does or does not close the case. Further, if any motion is pending in the case and the approval of the stipulation would resolve or moot a motion, the stipulation shall contain an additional separate paragraph identifying each pending motion in the case by docket item number (obtainable from the docket sheet which is available electronically through the PACER system) and stating that the stipulation either terminates or does not terminate the motion.
