IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:

1. All claims by plaintiff Edna Waldington are dismissed with prejudice as to all defendants in this action.

2. There are no motions pending in this matter that relate to plaintiff Edna Waldington. When approved, this Stipulation of Dismissal will not close this case in its entirety.

3. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees.
