PRETRIAL ORDER NO. 130 (Appointment of Special Master)

LEWIS A. KAPLAN, District Judge

Upon the joint recommendation of the PEC and the defendants, the Court hereby appoints Michelle Rosenberg Special Master to perform the duties set forth in Pretrial Order No. 128. The reasonable fees and expenses of the Special Master shall be paid from the CRIS Account upon application to and approval by the Court.

SO ORDERED.
