PRETRIAL ORDER NO. 69 (Motions for Extensions of Time and Emergency Hearings)

1. The motions for extensions of time within which to file reply memoranda are granted nunc pro tunc.

2. Plaintiffs in each of these cases have moved to remand to the state courts and for an emergency hearing. Insofar as the motions seek emergency hearings, they are denied, as there plainly is no emergency.

SO ORDERED.
