ORDER

Pending before the Court is Relators' request for the Court to issue findings of fact and conclusions of law pursuant to TEX.R.CIV.P. 296. An intermediate appellate court is not a fact-finder. Further, Rule 296 applies only to the county or district court which tried the case. Accordingly, Relators' request for the Court is issue findings of fact and conclusions of law is DENIED.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 9th day of April, 2014.
