IN RE REQUEST FOR INVESTIGATION PURSUANT TO MCR 9.131(A).
Order
On order of the Court, the complaint for superintending control is considered. To the extent that the complaint seeks reconsideration of the Court's June 30, 2021 dismissal of the request for investigation, it is treated as a motion for reconsideration and it is DENIED, because it does not appear that the dismissal was erroneous. In all other respects, relief is DENIED, because the Court is not persuaded that it should grant the requested relief. The motion to consolidate is DENIED.
