Appeals having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 10, 2021 (Case No. 2021-04695), and from an order, same court, entered on or about December 31, 2021 (Case No. 2022-00304), and said appeals having been consolidated and perfected, And CRCM Institutional Master Fund (BVI) Limited having moved for an order granting it leave to be designated as a respondent, or in the alternative, as an intervenor-respondent, in connection with the aforesaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of granting CRCM leave to intervene on the appeals as an intervenor-respondent.
