In Re: James B. Reno, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 95,632.

BEFORE: PARRO, McDONALD AND CRAIN, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. The trial court's judgment dated August 15, 2014, granting the motion to enroll additional legal counsel filed by Dorothy Labatut Reno is vacated. We also expressly vacate the August 15, 2014 recusal of Judge Timothy E. Kelley and the re-allotment of the case to Judge Wilson E. Fields by the Clerk of Court. Winkle v. Relay Administration Board, 2012-0994 (La. 6/29/12), 91 So.3d 300 (per curiam). This matter is remanded to the trial court for the motion to enroll additional legal counsel to be randomly re-alloted for hearing pursuant to the holding of Disaster Restoration Dry Cleaning, LLC v. Pellerin Laundry Machinery Sales Company, LLC, 2005-0715 (La. 4/17/06), 927 So.2d 1094.
