This matter having come before the Court on the Debtors' objection (the "Objection") and the response ("Response") to the Objection filed by filed by Putnam High Yield Trust, Claim #859, Putnam High Yield Advantage Fund, Claim #860, Putnam Variable Trust — Putnam VT High Yield Fund, Claim #862, Putnam Master Income Trust, Claim #861, Putnam Premier Income Trust, Claim #863, Putnam Master Intermediate Income Trust, Claim #864, Putnam Diversified Income Trust, Claim #865, Putnam High Yield Managed Trust, Claim 4871, Putnam High Yield Fixed Income Fund, Claim #870, LLC, Putnam Funds Trust — Putnam High Yield Trust II, Claim #866, Putnam Strategic Income Fund, Claim #867, Putnam Variable Trust — Putnam VT Diversified Income Fund, Claim #868, and Travelers Series Fund Inc. — Putnam Diversified Income Portfolio, Claim #869 (collectively, the "Putnam Entities"), based upon the signature of counsel below, and the Court being satisfied that the relief set forth herein is appropriate under the circumstances; and the Court being otherwise sufficiently advised, it is hereby,
