MAGISTERIAL RULES DOCKET
ORDER
PER CURIAM
AND NOW, this 24th day of April 2013, upon consideration of the Petition to Reestablish the Magisterial Districts of the 45th Judicial District (Lackawanna County) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, it is hereby ORDERED AND DECREED that the Petition, which provides for the reestablishment of Magisterial Districts 45-1-01, 45-102, 45-1-03, 45-1-05, 45-1-06, 45-1-08, 45-3-01, 45-3-02, 45-3-03, and 45-3-04, within Lackawanna County, to be effective immediately, is granted. Said Magisterial Districts shall be as follows:
