IN THE MATTER OF REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE SUPREME COURT COMMITTEE ON RULES OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE

Brent E. Dickson, Chief Judge.
The terms of Ms. Jessie Ann Cook, Mr. Keith A. Henderson and Mr. Christopher G. Scanlon as members of the Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure expire on June 30, 2012. The Court now reappoints Ms. Cook, Mr. Henderson and Mr. Scanlon to new terms, effective July 1, 2012. In accordance with Trial Rule 80(A), the terms will be for a period of five years, and will expire June 30, 2017.
