Opinion

No. 05-03-01786-CV

Opinion Issued January 6, 2004.

Original Proceeding from the 401st Judicial District Court, Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 401-00567-01.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices JAMES, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred in amending an injunction. The facts of this original proceeding are known to the parties so we do not recite them here. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relator has failed to show he is entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a). The Court DENIES relator's motion for leave to file writ of mandamus as unnecessary. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.
